The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting mental health and behavioral health professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team during a high-volume hiring period. This role is critical to maintaining our hiring velocity, service delivery, and compliance standards.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for licensed tele-health clinicians across multiple states/regions, You will partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and our TA team to ensure timely hiring of clinical roles while safeguarding candidate quality and candidate/stakeholder experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health professionals, including Therapists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, etc.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality clinical talent in competitive markets
- Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical competencies in line with state and regional requirements
- Partner with TA and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, timelines, and market challenges
- Ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process, coordinating with credentialing teams and verifying licensure requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS (greenhouse), ensuring data and reporting are up to date
- Proactively manage candidate pipelines to anticipate hiring surges and minimize time-to-fill
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback at each stage
- Collaborate with the TA Coordinator and Sourcer to streamline scheduling and pipeline development
- Meet agreed-upon hiring targets and deliver results within established timelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to clinical or healthcare recruitment (mental health preferred)
- Proven success filling roles such as Licensed Therapists, Counselors, Social Workers, and other behavioral health positions
- Strong understanding of state licensure requirements, credentialing processes, and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $55.00 - $65.00/hour (based on experience)..
