Staff People Business Partner, Growth and G&A

Remote

Hazel Health & Little Otter have joined forces to deliver comprehensive services to the children and families we serve, learn more here.

We’re building the future of pediatric and family healthcare — delivering high-quality, evidence-based support to children and families at home, in schools, and in their communities. To achieve this, we’re pursuing two connected paths: one focused on providing trusted care directly to families through our nationwide clinical network, and the other on combining the power of technology, AI, and data to make care more accessible, personalized, and effective. Together, these two parts of our organization allow us to both meet families where they are today and shape the systems that define the future of whole child health.

Helping students and their families feel better takes a team of smart, dedicated people. As an integral member of our team, you will:

  • Make an Impact: Partner with leaders across our Care Delivery organization to build strong, mission-aligned teams that provide exceptional care.
  • Enable Scale: Design and implement people systems that support a distributed, licensed clinical workforce operating across multiple states.
  • Feel Valued: Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, helping them navigate complexity, develop their teams, and strengthen culture.

The Role:

As Hazel’s People Business Partner to our Growth and G&A functions, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Enterprise GTM, Marketing, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance, and Legal. You’ll play a critical role in helping these functions scale with clarity, speed, and performance - driving org design, performance management, manager effectiveness, team health, and talent planning. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with executives at the core of a mission-driven, venture-backed company - bringing a modern, data-informed, high-trust people approach to a diverse and high-performing team.

Why This Role Matters:

Growth, Go-To-Market (GTM) and G&A are at the heart of how we scale our mission, and this role ensures that the leaders and teams driving that growth are supported with clarity, feedback, systems, and strategy. You’ll be part of a high-trust, low-ego People team that believes deeply in enabling mission-aligned, high-performance cultures.
