The Role:
Looking for a meaningful career opportunity? Come join our Mental Health team as we expand to support more children and families in need! We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our youth. We welcome you to apply and grow with us as an integrated part of our team!
As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.
Schedule:
- We offer flexible part-time schedule options of 10, 15, or 20 hours per week, available Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM (Local Time Zone) and on weekends, designed to be mutually beneficial for you and the families we serve.
Location: Remote
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Hazel Health platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Hazel Health platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in (North Carolina), ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base hourly range of $70 per clinical session plus additional administrative pay, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, flexible time off (take what you need), cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
