Licensed Child & Family Therapist (Measurement Based Care)– Part-Time (California)

The Role
We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-based care model.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6–17) and their families
- Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform
Assessment & Measurement-Based Care
- Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients
- Perform multi-dimensional evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors
- Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated
- Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care
- Track client progress using session-level measures, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
- Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
- Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking

Schedule
Minimum 7 client caseload with 80% of sessions during California peak hours:
Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–7:00pm PT

$80-$85 per session

Licensing & Location Requirements
Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.
