Overview of Role:
As a Product Manager for our Property Management vertical, you will lead product initiatives that facilitate an outstanding resident experience and improve operational efficiency. You'll own the product roadmap from strategy through execution, working directly with resident services, collections, and leasing teams to identify needs and build solutions. In this role, you'll join a small, collaborative team where you'll enjoy a high degree of ownership, autonomy and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Own key operational metrics and conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Lead the roadmap for development of our resident portal as a platform to build better resident relationships and reduce manual processes for operational teams
- Develop a unified resident profile system to improve relationship management and enable more comprehensive communication strategies
- Build a regulatory compliance system that automatically applies relevant rules and requirements based on property location and local jurisdictions
- Create and maintain reporting on KPIs and present findings to broader team/leadership
- Communicate and support training/adoption of product updates, features, and benefits to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
- 5+ years of prior professional work experience, preferably in product but not required
- Bias towards action with the ability to prioritize and be effective in highly ambiguous environments
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience working with Tableau, SQL etc.
- Familiarity with with Salesforce, Zapier, Retool and other no/low code automation tools
- Ideal candidate will have experience in SFR or multifamily property management
- Ideal candidate will have experience delivering successful AI applications before but at the minimum, you’re interested and up to date on the space
