Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workplace operations, acting as the primary point of contact for building management, maintenance requests, and general studio tidiness and upkeep.

  • Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives, checks, and reporting.

  • Source and oversee external vendors for onsite needs (i.e., tradespersons and security), working closely with studio admin as needed.

  • Support employee business travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation in alignment with company policies.

  • Manage catering for team meetings and events, and ensure kitchen and office supplies are fully stocked and organized.

  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and oversee vendor invoice payments in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with studio leadership and finance teams to assist with budgeting, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding tasks and logistics, including coordinating background checks, facilitating HR orientations, and partnering with IT for workstation setups.

  • Plan and execute initiatives and events that contribute to a positive and supportive employee experience and company culture.

  • Assist in responding to employees' requests and questions related to day-to-day studio and people operations.

  • Work with partners across 2k and T2 as needed.

  • Support with studio shipping & receiving.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Typically 2–4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing external vendors (trades, caterers) and planning engaging team events, milestones, or community projects.

  • Hands-on experience processing expenses, reviewing vendor contracts, and providing basic financial or budget support.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for building inclusive, positive workplace experiences.

  • A self-starter who can seamlessly pivot between tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive data with absolute discretion.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
