Job Description
Title: Digital Insights Manager
Reporting to: Marketing Director, Digital Platform
Location: Remote (Eastern or Central US)

Dermsquared is seeking a Digital Insights Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in turning audience behavior, campaign performance, and market trends into actionable insights that drive digital product strategy and support optimization of campaign results. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, content creators, marketing and ad operations to inform decision-making, guide campaign planning, and ensure a strong value proposition across our digital portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Gather product performance and client digital campaign data from multiple sources partnering with data team.
- Monitor results of online advertising campaigns and partner with product owners and ad operations to continuously refine campaigns driving maximize efficacy.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns and insights that can be used to optimize our products and demonstrate the value our campaigns bring to our pharmaceutical and agency partners.
- Translate performance data into strategic insights coupled with creation of visualizations to support the overall value proposition story including campaign performance summaries, audience insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with channel owners and marketing leadership to develop testing plans, evaluate performance, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Track competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform digital product go-to-market strategies.
- Work with product owners, sales, marketing and ad operations to support ad campaign implementation on Dermsquared websites, mobile apps, and video.
- Assist in architecting new products, tools, and processes to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing strategy.
- Deep technical understanding across digital channels (email, paid media, social, SEO, website, content marketing).
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable marketing recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with creative, content, paid media, and marketing operations teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting insights and strategy to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights platforms, CRM systems, Tableau and marketing automation platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
