Job Description

Title: Director of Practice Solutions
Location: REMOTE. Preference for candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones
Employment Type: Full-time

Accountability

The Director of Practice Management will lead the development of programs that address the business side of the medical practice, focusing on non-clinical education that improves the performance of medical practices to deliver better patient care. This will require a broad understanding of the business of practice leadership and management.  The role will build a community and engage with practice owners, business leaders and other roles within the practice that manage business functions.  They will then develop programs that serve the practice management community and create opportunities for program support in concert with event operations, digital solutions, and the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Insights
    • Gather, analyze and create actionable follow-ups from critical insights on behalf of targeted segments and would-be sponsors.
  • Live Events
    • Craft strategy and lead formation of steering committee(s) and faculty to deliver live meetings and events used as the gateway for engagement 
  • Digital Platform
    • Build meaningful tools, podcasts, competition, communities and networks to ensure a high value position on the Dermsquared digital platform
  • KPIs
    • Directly responsible for Practice Management P&L. Create measurable key performance indicators with baseline measurements to mark progress for all tactics and events to ensure ROI and salable outcomes for each of these to better arm our Solutions team to sell these opportunities for the premium prices they deserve. The role will be evaluated via engagement and financial metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage personally with all stakeholders including the practice management community, sponsors, and internal customers to advance the Practice Management agenda in ways that delight both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution  
  • 5+ years of experience working in sales and/or marketing within a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Practice Technology company
  • Strong understanding of medical practice models, reimbursement and Pharma industry 
  • Ability to link sponsor needs with practice needs
  • Experience with digital content and platforms
  • Strong marketing skills - Highly creative with excellent communication & messaging

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent in-practice experience
  • Experience in the dermatology space – 3 years or more
  • Ability to identify and prepare KOLs for key executional efforts
