Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role
We’re seeking a metrics-driven, fast, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Central Recruitment team. This role is focused on running all back-end digital advertising and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is an explorer at heart, always testing new platforms and strategies to find patients where they are, while keeping a sharp eye on data and ROI.
You’ll work across multiple platforms — META (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and other emerging channels — as well as managing website content/landing pages to ensure seamless patient engagement. This plays a critical role in building efficient, scalable recruitment funnels that power our clinical research network.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across META, Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and other patient-facing platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize CPL (Cost per Lead), CPS (Cost per Screen), and overall ROI.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to translate study goals into digital strategy.
• Manage website updates and landing page optimization to drive conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear metrics and actionable insights. Experiment with creative approaches to messaging and audience targeting to expand reach.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Abilities
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in healthcare, recruitment, or patient engagement.
• Hands-on expertise with META Ads Manager, Google Ads, and website CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging platforms for advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to test, iterate, and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Metrics-obsessed but not afraid to experiment.
• Curious, fast learner who thrives on testing new ideas.
• Strong communicator, able to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership.
