👩‍💻The role

Salesforce powers how Headout sells, grows, and builds partnerships across markets. As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of that system, keeping it efficient and intuitive. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, business, and revenue, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem scales smoothly as we do. From building automations and dashboards to training teams and partnering with engineering, you’ll make sure Salesforce performs like a superpower to drive growth, efficiency and user satisfaction.

This is a Bangalore-based hybrid role, so we’re looking for candidates who can relocate or are based locally.

🤩What makes this role special?

  • Build and customise Salesforce for impact. Design tailored workflows, automations, and configurations that solve real business problems and enable our Sales, Growth, and Affiliate teams to move faster and smarter.
  • Keep our system lean, fast, and scalable. Proactively manage user roles, permissions, and data integrity. Build automations with flows and triggers that eliminate manual work and unlock new efficiencies.
  • Turn data into decisions. Own dashboards and reporting that reveal where we’re winning, what’s slowing us down, and where to double down next. Your insights will directly shape revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and RevOps to implement new features and system enhancements — ensuring Salesforce evolves as Headout scales.
  • Champion user experience. Create clear documentation and training resources, making Salesforce simple and usable for everyone from new hires to power users.

đź’ťWhat skills & experience do you need?

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-market business.
  • Relevant education background and certifications like Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201 or higher).
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or advanced Salesforce tools is a plus.
  • High ownership, strong prioritization, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong command of Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset; obsessive about system hygiene and integrity.
