👩‍💻 The Role:

As a Lead iOS Engineer, you'll own the quality, architecture, and success of our iOS platform. You'll combine strong native engineering expertise with thoughtful leadership to build scalable, high-performance mobile experiences that serve a global audience.

Beyond writing code, you'll guide the iOS engineering vision, set technical standards, and partner closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure our applications are robust, maintainable, and built for long-term growth.

💝 What skills & experience do you need?

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift with deep experience building production applications using UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Experience designing scalable architectures such as MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, or modular approaches.
• Solid grasp of iOS fundamentals: memory management, concurrency, networking.
• Experience building performance-optimized, stable mobile applications at scale.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, release processes, and crash/performance monitoring.
• Curiosity to learn and adapt, with good judgment on when and how to adopt new technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and take ownership of iOS outcomes.

✨ Good to Have

• Experience working with React Native or contributing to hybrid mobile architectures, particularly in environments with shared codebases across iOS and Android.
