Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay Range: $75,200–$105,600
(Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)
Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families. Our Farmington Hills campus features a renovated school clinic designed for children up to age 8, with large classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas. We treat the family as a whole, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA programs

Implement and monitor therapy treatment plans
-
Supervise staff in program execution
-
Train teams, develop systems, and manage performance

Facilitate parent meetings and training for home-clinic consistency

Complete client goals and required documentation for insurance and review

Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals

Stay current with research and ABA best practices

Provide oversight of company programs and employees
Minimum Requirements
-
BCBA certification and Michigan license
-
Knowledge of behavior analysis and autism

Ability to maintain a billable caseload within a structured model

Fun, compassionate, open-minded, and eager to learn

Managerial experience a plus, not required

Effective oral and written communication

Positive attitude under stress

Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 lbs as needed
