Role Overview:
As a Neonatologist Advisor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating potential investments, advising on clinical viability, and supporting our portfolio companies in the neonatal and pediatric health sectors. Your expertise will help guide strategic decisions to ensure investments align with medical advancements and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Neonatologist Advisor on clinical trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations in neonatal care.Assess the scientific and medical feasibility of startups focused on neonatal health, pediatrics, and maternal care.Provide clinical due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing clinical trial data and market opportunities.Offer guidance on regulatory pathways (FDA, CMS, etc.) for neonatal-focused healthcare innovations.Advise portfolio companies on product development, market fit, and integration into clinical settings.Collaborate with venture partners, analysts, and other medical advisors to shape investment strategies.Attend investment meetings, pitch evaluations, and healthcare conferences as a Neonatologist Advisor.

Qualifications:

Board-certified Neonatologist with at least 5 years of clinical experience.Experience with neonatal healthcare innovation, research, or medical entrepreneurship is a plus.Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and regulatory landscapes in neonatal care.Prior experience as a medical advisor, consultant, or investor in healthcare startups is preferred.Passion for healthcare innovation and a keen interest in venture capital.
