Key Responsibilities

• Investment Due Diligence: Assess the clinical validity, market potential, and regulatory landscape of healthcare startups.
• Portfolio Support: Provide strategic and clinical guidance to portfolio companies on product development, regulatory considerations, and market positioning.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Identify emerging trends in osteopathic medicine, digital health, and healthcare innovation.
• Networking & Deal Sourcing: Leverage industry connections to identify promising startups and engage with key stakeholders.
• Regulatory & Compliance Insights: Advise on Medicare, insurance reimbursement models, and compliance frameworks affecting healthcare startups.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with clinical experience in any specialty.
• Strong understanding of healthcare innovation, digital health, and emerging medical technologies.
