Clinical Account Executive

NYC

Our Mission

Healthie is an AI-Native, ONC Certified EHR for modern outpatient healthcare.

Healthie is proud to power clinically excellent healthcare for over 40,000 providers who deliver clinically excellent healthcare - longitudinal and collaboratively, with patient and provider experiences at the center. Both healthcare and technology are undergoing unparalleled industry innovation, and it’s incredible to see the momentum - from consumers, from providers, and from reimbursement for this type of healthcare - grow exponentially.

We provide the powerful infrastructure every care delivery organization needs. On the surface this includes EHR, Scheduling, Engagement, Billing, Data, and much more. Underneath the iceberg are thousands of configurations, settings, widgets, automations, and limitless capabilities because we are an API-first platform. Our fully brandable platform makes it easy for clinics and organizations of any size to scale and never reach a limit.

Today, over 3 billion API calls are made to Healthie every month, as thousands of organizations who work with more than 21 million patients in total, rely on Healthie to deliver clinically excellent healthcare in over 35 specialties, from behavioral healthcare to complex chronic care management and personalized medicine.

We believe in the power of technology to improve access to healthcare and we’re building the rails that make this a reality. We work fast and with quality because we provide business-critical, healthcare-critical software that clinicians and patients need for a better healthcare system. We’re customer-obsessed, operate with lightning-fast processes and responses, and always share our product roadmap publicly-  so customers can see what we’re building, and remain relentlessly focused on how care gets delivered.

Healthie is backed by leading investors, and while we've $42M raised to date, more importantly, we operate with fiscal responsibility and have been profitable for more than half of our time as a company. We know that building an ONC-Certified EHR is a lifetime’s body of work, and we are here to build for our customers forever.

About the role

We're hiring a Clinician Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for Healthie's Private Practice segment — from first touch to close. This is a high-impact, high-ownership revenue seat: you'll both convert the inbound demand our Growth engine generates and build your own outbound pipeline, closing group practices onto the platform.

As our marketing, content, partnerships, and BD motions scale, so does the volume of practices evaluating Healthie. You'll be the person who turns that demand into closed business — running consultative discovery, delivering tailored demos across our full product suite, and guiding clinicians through the decision to build their practice on Healthie. You won't wait for leads to come to you; you'll prospect into the practices we most want to win, with a bias toward the higher-value group opportunities where the ACV justifies the effort.

This role sits on our Sales team and reports to the VP of Sales. You'll work in lockstep with the Growth team — marketing, lifecycle, and partnerships — as well as BD, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, to make sure every qualified practice has a clear, well-supported path to becoming a customer.

You'll love this role if you're a full-cycle seller who is energized by talking to clinicians every day, thrives on both self-sourced and marketing-sourced pipeline, and wants to own a number at a fast-growing company with real product-market fit.

At Healthie, we are AI-enabled and AI-accelerated in how we build. We are looking for team members who actively leverage AI-powered development tools, embrace automation, and help teams adopt modern, AI-assisted engineering practices to increase velocity and quality.

About you

  •  Full-cycle seller: 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare, with a track record of both self-sourcing pipeline (outbound) and closing.
  • You own a number: you're comfortable carrying a quota, you have a bias toward execution, and you don't wait to be handed leads.
  • Consultative and partnership-first: you guide prospects through discovery, qualification, and solution alignment to build lasting relationships — you don't push product.
  • Clinician background is a major plus: if you are (or have worked closely with) therapists, dietitians, physical therapists, or similar providers, you'll bring credibility and empathy that resonate deeply with our buyers.
  • Product range: able to learn and articulate a broad, technical product suite, and to engage senior decision-makers across formats — calls, demos, and conferences.
  • Business acumen: strong quantitative skills to build proposals and navigate buying cycles with ease.
  • Exceptional communicator: strong written and verbal skills; trustworthy, empathetic, and a genuine team player who digs into challenges but knows when to ask for help.
  • Resilient and results-oriented: you move deals forward even when faced with obstacles.
  • Mission-driven: you care about expanding access to care and improving patient outcomes.
  • Values fit: you embody Healthie's core values — Respect, Reliability, and Resilience — and live by our Good Citizen principles in how you work and collaborate.

What success looks like

  • First 30 days: onboarded on product, ICP, and sales process — shadowing calls and running your first discovery conversations.
  • First 60 days: independently running the full cycle on inbound, with outbound sequences live and generating meetings.
  • First 90 days: consistently closing private practices, contributing meaningful self-sourced pipeline, and forecasting reliably.
  • Ongoing: a durable, repeatable contribution to the team's growth goals — with a healthy mix of self-sourced and marketing-sourced pipeline, weighted toward high-value group practices.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
