About the role

We are hiring an exceptional Solutions Engineer for Customer Implementation. In this role, you’ll join our talented team of solutions engineers and collaborate closely with teammates to ensure Healthie’s customers have a smooth and successful experience with our platform. You’ll work alongside experts who are passionate about healthcare technology while helping to drive our mission of delivering exceptional, human-centered customer support.

In this role, you'll actively participate in customer calls, providing live support to ensure the smooth implementation of Healthie’s platform. You'll help guide customers through best practices for API configuration, ensuring they achieve optimal integration and get the most out of the platform. A big part of your job will also be working directly with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor custom solutions that meet those requirements. By building strong, personalized relationships, you'll help our customers succeed and foster long-term partnerships.

You’ll also play a critical role in developing and maintaining seamless integrations between Healthie and our third-party partners, ensuring compatibility and top performance. Your technical expertise will help ensure our platform operates smoothly and effectively for all users. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product team, sharing valuable feedback gathered from customer interactions. Your insights will help shape the future of Healthie’s platform, ensuring that customer needs are always considered in product development and that we continue to improve the user experience.

  • This is a full-time, remote position located within the United States.
  • The base salary for this role is $120,000-$160,000 per year.
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About you

  • Customer-Focused – You love working with customers and thrive when you can help them navigate complex migrations and implementations. You’re comfortable providing real-time technical solutions while also following up asynchronously to ensure smooth, on-time, and multi-faceted implementations. Bonus points if you’ve ever been a customer yourself and implemented Healthie!

  • Experienced & Technical – You have at least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer, and you’re familiar with our tech stack (Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL), as well as supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq. Your technical expertise is paired with a practical ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.Healthcare-Savvy – You understand the weight of building solutions in healthcare. At Healthie, we provide critical software for our customers, and you’re dedicated to ensuring that privacy, security, and compliance are at the forefront of every decision you make.

  • Creative Problem-Solver – Healthie customers often integrate our platform with other parts of their tech stack and third-party tools. You have a knack for brainstorming and identifying the best pathways to connect systems, always thinking outside the box to meet customer needs.

  • Exceptional Communicator – Whether it’s in writing or on the phone, you have a way of conveying complex information in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can adapt to different audiences.
