About the Role

We are hiring an exceptional Director of Product to lead roadmapping and execution of Healthie’s important, complex and growing product portfolio. In this mission critical position, you will define and deliver on a detailed product roadmap that aligns with our mission of enabling clinically excellent care, with a sharp focus on understanding the needs of our customers—and their customers.

Healthie takes a customer-centric approach to product development, and accordingly in your role, you’ll work closely with customer-facing teams (and customers directly) to prioritize & solve problems that improve the clinical, administrative, developer, and patient experience using Healthie. You’ll build and mentor a high-performing product team and work closely with our design and engineering teams to execute on Healthie’s Ambitious Product Vision. You’ll own some of the hardest decisions at Healthie - the tradeoffs to make in a given quarter across features, tech investments, QoL improvements, and more. You’ll ensure tight execution on rollouts - conducting flawless feature flagging and phased initiatives with fast follow ups organized with strong internal and external communication. You’ll be a strong voice for our customers and synthesize feedback from many sources (we’re lucky that our customers feel so passionate about Healthie’s Product!)  and identify strongest opportunities to improve our SaaS platform. You’ll also make sure that we execute an on-time, comprehensive Product Roadmapping process.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position located in either our NYC  or our LA office. (2-3 days/week in office)
  • The base salary for this role is $190,000 - $210,000
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About You

  • You have 7+ years of Product Management experience, including roles where you’ve demonstrated ownership of key product areas, and direct experience in healthcare. You thrive on solving complex problems to deliver results that align with strategic company goals.
  • You have a proven ability to set priorities and make decisions about what to build (and what not to), using both qualitative and quantitative data. You confidently navigate tradeoffs while maintaining alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to your team, executive leadership, and external stakeholders. Your ability to align diverse perspectives fosters collaboration across functions and ensures a seamless customer experience.
  • You balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, ensuring that all use cases, edge cases, and interdependencies are addressed. Your thorough and actionable product requirements enable smooth, efficient implementation.
  • You are customer-obsessed, with a commitment to deeply understanding their needs through direct engagement and feedback. You guide your team to translate insights into innovative, measurable solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • You maintain a strong focus on execution, empowering your team to overcome obstacles and deliver results. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills ensure progress even in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
