About the role

We are hiring an exceptional Solutions Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of Healthie’s platform. You’ll bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform while driving successful implementations.

In this role, you'll actively participate in customer calls, providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales conversations. You'll guide customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. A big part of your job will be working directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. By building strong relationships, you’ll help customers maximize the value of our platform and foster long-term partnerships.

You’ll also play a critical role in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product adoption, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. Your ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams, sharing valuable feedback from customer interactions. Your insights will help shape the future of Healthie’s platform, ensuring continuous improvements that enhance the user experience.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position located in NYC
  • The base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000 per year.
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About you

  • Customer-Focused – You love working with customers and thrive when you can help them navigate complexities. You’re comfortable providing real-time technical solutions while also following up asynchronously to ensure smooth, on-time, and multi-faceted implementations. Bonus points if you’ve ever been a customer yourself and implemented Healthie!

  • Experienced & Technical – You have at least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer, and you’re familiar with our tech stack (Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL), as well as supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq. Your technical expertise is paired with a practical ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Healthcare-Savvy – You understand the weight of building solutions in healthcare. At Healthie, we provide critical software for our customers, and you’re dedicated to ensuring that privacy, security, and compliance are at the forefront of every decision you make.

  • Creative Problem-Solver – Healthie customers often integrate our platform with other parts of their tech stack and third-party tools. You have a knack for brainstorming and identifying the best pathways to connect systems, always thinking outside the box to meet customer needs.

  • Exceptional Communicator – Whether it’s in writing or on the phone, you have a way of conveying complex information in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can adapt to different audiences.
