About the role

We are hiring a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to support healthcare providers as they explore and adopt Healthie’s platform within our Private Practice segment. In this front-line role, you’ll work directly with clinicians—many of whom are founders or operators of early-stage practices—to help them determine whether Healthie is the right fit for their clinical and business needs.

As a Clinician Onboarding Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner throughout the evaluation and onboarding process. You’ll consult with prospective customers who are considering Healthie, guiding them through setup, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident and supported as they transition their workflows onto the platform. Your role is to listen deeply, understand each clinician’s goals, and help them envision how Healthie can support their care delivery and operations.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience for every clinician. Your insights from these conversations will also help inform product improvements and go-to-market strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, clarity, and a genuine desire to help others. You’ll thrive if you’re excited by the opportunity to connect with a wide variety of healthcare professionals, support their transition to digital tools, and contribute meaningfully to the future of patient care.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
