We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure and coordinate patient care along with working collaboratively with our exceptional team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Coordinator will support field clinicians in providing excellent patient care
- The clinical Coordinator will assist the clinical team in requesting, clarifying, faxing, and tracking orders.
- Input orders, float visits, and obtain supporting documentation as necessary.
- Communicate with patients, families, and physicians regarding their plan of care.
- Upload orders into the electronic medical records as appropriate
- Assist in the development and coordination of orientation of new organization personnel.
- Order and monitor medical supplies to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Maintain organization of the medical supply room per company standards and OSHA requirements.
- Complete audits as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

How You'll Be Successful:
- You have a current California RN or LVN License
- You have experience working in Home Health
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have familiarity with company-provided Apple products
- Demonstrate time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. Be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Extremely pleasant on the Phone & comfortable with High call volumes
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills

Pay:
RN: $50 - $60
LVN: $40 - $50
Requirements
- Associate Degree (Preferred)
- RN or LVN License or Degree
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling tasks
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN or LVN License (Required)
