Position Overview: As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and mentoring a team which inlcuded the Clinical Manager and Other Department Managers/Supervisors.
- Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectives
- Leading operational projects and change initiatives
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link’s core values.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
- Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
- Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.

Compensation: Pay is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonuses
Please Note: This is not a remote position.
Requirements:
- Experience in multi-department team management.
- Financial literacy and operations expertise.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
