Health Link Home Health Agency is excited to announce a fantastic management opportunity! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Home Health Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

Position Overview: As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring a team which inlcuded the Clinical Manager and Other Department Managers/Supervisors.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectives
  • Leading operational projects and change initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link’s core values.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
  • Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
  • Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
  • Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.

Compensation: Pay is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonuses

Please Note: This is not a remote position.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multi-department team management.
  • Financial literacy and operations expertise.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
