Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service

Sort and distribute incoming faxes and documents to the appropriate staff or department

Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system with strict confidentiality

Support other office-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Proper telephone etiquette and professional demeanor

Proficiency in computer systems and data entry

Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
