Your Role as Operations Manager
You’ll lead and coordinate all administrative and operational functions of our agency—ensuring top-tier patient care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including the Clinical Manager and departmental leaders.

Align daily operations with strategic business objectives.

Lead operational projects and implement change initiatives.

Oversee compliance efforts and uphold Health Link’s core values.

Conduct staff performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth.

Manage assets including equipment and system access.

Maintain contracts, licenses, and credentialing documentation.

Guide survey readiness and staff development programs.

Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.

Monitor industry trends and share key insights.
