Your Role as Operations Manager

You’ll lead and coordinate all administrative and operational functions of our agency—ensuring top-tier patient care and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including the Clinical Manager and departmental leaders.

  • Align daily operations with strategic business objectives.

  • Lead operational projects and implement change initiatives.

  • Oversee compliance efforts and uphold Health Link’s core values.

  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth.

  • Manage assets including equipment and system access.

  • Maintain contracts, licenses, and credentialing documentation.

  • Guide survey readiness and staff development programs.

  • Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.

  • Monitor industry trends and share key insights.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Operational excellence and process improvement mindset.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Financial acumen and experience in operations.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.

  • A collaborative spirit and dedication to patient-centered care.
