What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in their homes or care facilities

• Supporting patients and families during the end-of-life journey

• Working closely with our Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team

• Monitoring patient conditions and communicating any changes

• Keeping documentation accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RN license

• At least 1 year of nursing experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hospice or home health experience is preferred, but if you feel called to hospice care and want to transition into this field, we would still love to speak with you.
