Position: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Health Link is a multi-branch home health organization serving the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to support clinical operations within our San Francisco branch.

This role is best suited for an experienced home health RN who understands field operations and thrives in a structured, performance-driven clinical environment.

This is an on-site position.

 

Position Overview

The RN Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical support resource for field clinicians and plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with field nurses, therapists, scheduling, and branch leadership to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care.

This role focuses on coordination, oversight, and clinical support — not routine field visits.

Core Responsibilities:

Clinical Support

• Provide day-to-day clinical support to field clinicians
• Assist with clinical questions and care plan clarification
• Support timely initiation of care and appropriate visit utilization

Care Coordination

• Perform triage and follow-up calls as needed
• Assist with patient care coordination and physician communication
• Support interdisciplinary communication

 

Workflow & Oversight

• Manage incoming clinical communication and route appropriately
• Collaborate with Scheduling to ensure care needs are met
• Support supply coordination and clinical follow-up

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor clinical standards and support survey readiness
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives

Schedule

Monday – Friday, Day Shift
On-site at our San Francisco office

This role includes rotational weekend clinical oversight coverage, shared among the clinical team.

 

Qualifications

• Active California RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home health experience strongly preferred; candidates with strong acute care backgrounds and interest in home health will also be considered)
• Strong clinical judgment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
• Proficient with EMR systems and technology

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
