The Compensation (W-2)

• Base Salary: $146,000 – $166,000

• Total Earning Potential: $182,500 – $207,500 (Base + Quality Bonuses)

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Role

• Deliver 1-on-1 neuro-rehab, dysphagia, and cognitive therapy.

• Empower patients and caregivers with safe, at-home strategies.

• Collaborate with a high-functioning team of RNs, PTs, and OTs.

Requirements

• Active CA Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
