Our South Bay branch continues to grow and mature, and we are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead its next stage of performance, consistency, and clinical strength.

 

The Opportunity

You will serve as the clinical anchor of the branch, responsible for:

• Clinical quality and branch outcomes
• Regulatory readiness and compliance
• Clinician performance
• Hiring, coaching, and team development
• Effective complaint resolution and clinical escalation management

This role is about consistency, discipline, and strong clinical leadership within an established and expanding branch.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Clinical leadership experience
• Home health experience preferred
