About the Role

As our Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the agency's front office. You'll keep administrative workflows running smoothly, support our clinical and office staff, and help ensure the branch is always ready to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain daily office operations and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for staff, clinicians, and visitors
  • Oversee intake communication and ensure proper routing and follow-up
  • Monitor workflows for referrals, orders, supplies, and scheduling support
  • Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping accuracy, and HR processes
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facility needs, and vendors
  • Support onboarding and administrative setup for new staff
  • Coordinate documentation and orders workflows, following up on visit notes, OASIS assessments, discharges, and physician orders to keep billing on track
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and support audits and survey readiness
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, teamwork-driven culture

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of healthcare or administrative leadership experience (home health preferred)
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems; EMR experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Availability to work on-site during business hours

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, DOE
