During a typical day you will...

  • Primarily work with the internal Helpdesk Team with all helpdesk related topics, from both on-site and home-based users
  • Onboard and log systems for company use
  • Maintain IT asset records and IT documentation
  • Assist the Helpdesk team and Systems Administrators with tasks related to IT Operations, to include infrastructure design implementation, regulatory compliance, systems logic, maintenance, and systems security (as assigned)
  • Various other duties may be assigned for the betterment of the company, as required
  • Support and extend user education related to established best-practices and company policies, pertaining to IT systems and process, and cyber security

You have…

  • A Computer Science, Information Assurance/Security, or related degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Enterprise Networks
  • A quick study and willing to learn and grow in the role
  • A passion for technology
  • Above-average to expert-level knowledge of computer systems/networks
  • Excellent troubleshooting knowledge for different types of programs and devices
  • Certifications with Microsoft and/or networking technologies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A self-motivated attitude wanting to get things done
  • Experience working with and supporting MS Office 365, and MS Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment
  • Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022 experience
  • Active Directory experience
  • Experience with cloud technologies
