Instead of spending your day managing clinic operations, paperwork, and scheduling logistics, you'll focus on what matters most: improving patients' lives through better hearing.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive remote audiologic evaluations, perform otoscopic examinations, perform hearing aid fittings, and provide follow-up care
- Educate patients on hearing aid use and maintenance while setting realistic expectations for long-term success
- Help shape the future of digital hearing care by providing feedback on new technology, workflows, and patient experiences
What You Bring
- Active Au.D. license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX
- 2+ years of hearing aid fitting experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care through innovative technology
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Comfortable working independently, using digital tools and learning new clinical technology
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with all associated costs covered by hear.com
Compensation
- OTE: $100,000 to $120,000, comprised of base salary and monthly performance bonuses

- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your local time)
