The Content Strategist position is a key role at hear.com, responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal to growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have direct response marketing expertise and a lot of passion for copywriting, persuasion, and psychology.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work as an integral member of a high-performing Customer Acquisition team to develop and implement content initiatives that can help contribute to the business goals. 
  • Quickly adapt to user psychography and write content that resonates across hear.com audience segments.
  • Write high-performing ad copies for Meta, YouTube, SEA, CRM, and GDN/Display
  • Write script for video ads and provide clear visual cues and hooks for designers to create thumb-stopping videos and collaborate with designers for shoot
  • Write and optimize landing pages and A/B test variations for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Understand core performance metrics (CTR, CPL, leads, funnel drop-offs) and translate insights into content improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build and optimize ad campaigns and landing pages
  • Contribute to long-term marketing strategy—offers, positioning, messaging frameworks, and funnel selection for new launches
  • Stay up to date on latest copywriting trends and best practices to improve campaign performance.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in content/copywriting, including 1.5+ years in performance marketing or growth-focused content
  • Strong track record of creating high-converting offers and messaging
  • Hands-on experience in managing content for lead generation, funnels and multi-channel campaigns (digital + offline is a plus).
  • Customer-first, insight-driven, and metrics-focused (leads, conversions, revenue)
  • Enjoys strategizing and scaling profitable funnels
  • Clear communicator who takes feedback well and collaborates openly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Excel and AI writing tools is a plus.
  • Should have high attention to detail
  • Organized, flexible problem-solver able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
