Content Strategist

The Content Strategist position is a key role at hear.com, responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal to growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have direct response marketing expertise and a lot of passion for copywriting, persuasion, and psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an integral member of a high-performing Customer Acquisition team to develop and implement content initiatives that can help contribute to the business goals.
- Quickly adapt to user psychography and write content that resonates across hear.com audience segments.
- Write high-performing ad copies for Meta, YouTube, SEA, CRM, and GDN/Display
- Write script for video ads and provide clear visual cues and hooks for designers to create thumb-stopping videos and collaborate with designers for shoot
- Write and optimize landing pages and A/B test variations for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understand core performance metrics (CTR, CPL, leads, funnel drop-offs) and translate insights into content improvements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build and optimize ad campaigns and landing pages
- Contribute to long-term marketing strategy—offers, positioning, messaging frameworks, and funnel selection for new launches
- Stay up to date on latest copywriting trends and best practices to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in content/copywriting, including 1.5+ years in performance marketing or growth-focused content
- Strong track record of creating high-converting offers and messaging
- Hands-on experience in managing content for lead generation, funnels and multi-channel campaigns (digital + offline is a plus).
- Customer-first, insight-driven, and metrics-focused (leads, conversions, revenue)
- Enjoys strategizing and scaling profitable funnels
- Clear communicator who takes feedback well and collaborates openly.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Excellent command of English and Hindi
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Excel and AI writing tools is a plus.
- Should have high attention to detail
- Organized, flexible problem-solver able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
