Television - Lyndsey Mattioli - TEST- Client Success Specialist
WESH 2 the NBC affiliate in Orlando, FL is looking for a Client Success Specialist to assist the sales team. The Client Success Specialist works with the sales team to process advertising contracts, obtain creative materials, generate support materials and coordinate the scheduling and launch of advertising campaigns. You will report to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain all national and local orders, including the electronic transfer and maintenance of all MediaLine and WOCentral orders in WideOrbit.
- Help develop sales proposals, advertising packages and client presentations.
- Create marketing materials to support the sales department.
- Communicate with internal teams, including sales, production and finance, as well as external clients regarding campaign performance and delivery.
- Prepare proposals based on Account Executive direction.
- Facilitate progress on multiple sales projects.
- Work cooperatively with managers, co-workers and clients to deliver a high level of service.
Requirements
- Computer and software experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage the stresses and pressures of time-sensitive advertising sales projects.
- Ability to learn new systems promptly and thoroughly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Focused, organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous commercial television experience preferred.
- Ability to take pride in your work, respond well to instruction, thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform at a high level.
- Related military experience will be considered.
