Summary: Join CDS Global as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in supporting our team by delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with our services. This is a hybrid, regular position based in London, ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements:

  • Training: Initial training sessions will be conducted in-office.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with occasional weekend shifts.
  • Work Location: Hybrid model with both office and remote work options in London.

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
