Design & Content Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Design & Content Designer to join our team. This role combines visual design, content creation, and brand storytelling to create engaging experiences across digital and marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas and concepts into compelling visual and written content. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop content that is both visually impactful and aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, digital marketing, and other channels.
  • Develop graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Write, edit, and adapt copy for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, and other content formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate ideas into compelling creative concepts.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across visual and written communications.
  • Develop creative concepts and content themes for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and edit short-form digital content, including video, animations, reels, and other social-first formats when needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Stay current with design, content, social media, and creative industry trends.
  • Contribute ideas that improve our visual identity, storytelling, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take a project from concept through execution with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and digital product design.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative and content tools.
  • Photography or illustration skills.
  • Experience working with marketing or growth teams.
