This position will advise, partner, and serve as a business expert to our expanding team. This position will partner with leaders across the business, focused on hiring talented, passionate, and diverse individuals to our organization. This position will provide full-lifecycle recruiting by partnering with the hiring managers and managing the candidate experience from inception to hire. #LI-Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for across the company positions depending on business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop, implement, and manage best-in-class recruiting strategies.
- Extensive sourcing and mining on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites to build a candidate pool in Mountain View, CA, Austin, TX, remote, and other locations per the needs of the company.
- Drive HeartFlow’s employee referral program for all positions.
- Be prepared to have fresh ideas and to implement and use new tools and vendors to source hard-to-find, passive candidates.
- Help build relationships with universities for Interns and entry-level candidates.
- Be the face-of-HeartFlow to candidates and manage the candidate experience by phone screening, scheduling interviews, and providing timely and relevant feedback.
- Schedule and run interview debrief sessions.
- Provide benchmark salary data to negotiate and close offers.
- Assist in new hire onboarding including background checks, reference checks, relocation, etc.
- Manage and update candidate and requisition progress in our Applicant Tracking Systems and requisition tracking spreadsheets.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and ad-hoc recruiting reports and updates.
- Provide recruiting assistance in other areas as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of legislation, OFCCP regulations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws.
Skills Needed:
- Full-lifecycle recruiting.
- Deep experience in sourcing candidates ranging from using old-school techniques to modern sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of recruiting data - must be able to track, access, and understand the value of your recruiting metrics.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to develop and deliver clear, relevant, and easy-to-understand reports via spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Very strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience using a variety of recruiting tools: Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hackerrank, Teamable, Connectifier, etc.
- Knowledge in employment regulations and guidelines
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years minimum experience required with at least 3+ years of recruiting for Sales & Commercial positions and at least 3+years of Software Engineering & G&A recruiting experience.
- Greenhouse experience required.
- Experience in medtech or life sciences industry required.
- Experience in a Tech start-up or rapidly expanding engineering department is a very strong plus.
This position has an estimated base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, a cash bonus, and stock options.
