The role operates at a supporting and executional level, assisting internal commercial teams and NHS stakeholders with the preparation of business cases, economic modelling, and documentation required for local funding consideration within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). The role does not own external stakeholder strategy, policy engagement, or funding decision authority.

In addition, the role provides limited support to corporate market access initiatives through structured data collection, tool development, and internal coordination activities. Any involvement in NICE-related activities, KOL engagement, or international projects is strictly supporting in nature and conducted under defined internal direction.

Key Responsibilities

Local Funding Enablement (Primary – Support Role)

  • Document local funding pathways, governance steps, and approval requirements to improve internal planning and execution.
  • Coordinate information exchange between internal teams and NHS stakeholders as directed.

The role does not independently lead external funding discussions or represent HeartFlow in decision-making forums.

Funding Process Tracking & Operational Support

  • Maintain reporting dashboards related to funding pipeline visibility and cycle time.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate internally for resolution.
  • Support handover coordination once funding approvals are obtained.

Evidence Enablement & Data Collection (Supporting Only)

  • Support internal teams by compiling field feedback, usage data, and implementation insights in structured formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal evidence summaries and data packs aligned with centrally defined market access objectives.
  • Support logistical coordination for approved KOL activities (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, data capture), without independent stakeholder ownership or external positioning.
  • The role does not engage in independent evidence strategy, advocacy, or external scientific positioning.

Limited International Support (Non-Strategic)

  • Contribute to selected internal international projects related to tool standardisation, documentation harmonisation, and process improvement as assigned.
  • Share operational learnings and templates internally across regions.
  • Does not represent the company externally or participate in international policy or reimbursement discussions.

Internal Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Market Access teams to ensure consistency of tools, documentation, and reporting.

Preferred:
