Heart + Paw at Harbor Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Play + Stay Shift Lead to oversee our daycare and boarding operations. If you’re a natural leader who loves animals and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and schedule the play + stay team, support hiring and training alongside the Center Director
• Oversee the daily care, feeding, and well-being of boarding and daycare pets
• Monitor animal health, report concerns, and assist with medications (under supervision)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stress-free environment for pets
• Handle client check-ins, discharges, and provide exceptional service
• Respond to emergency pet or facility issues as the first point of contact

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience leading a kennel, daycare, or boarding team
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Dog training experience (preferred)
• Passion for animals and commitment to their care and safety
• Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive
