Sculpt Teacher

Summary: Heatwise is seeking dynamic and experienced sculpt teachers to lead classes at our state-of-the-art studios. As a Heatwise teacher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through transformative experiences, promoting physical wellness, and fostering a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct engaging, music-driven heated sculpt classes that cater to a diverse range of fitness levels and abilities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by maintaining a controlled heated environment.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and retention.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Collaborate with studio staff to enhance the overall class experience and address any issues promptly.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in teaching heated classes or similar fitness programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in sculpt, yoga, pilates, or a related fitness discipline.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying fitness levels.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
