Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to build our data partnerships and integrations. In this role you will be an execution owner, driving coordination and collaboration across multiple business and engineering teams. 

Your primary focus will be on leading new and managing existing partnerships with 3rd party data providers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for aligning a range of stakeholders to drive execution of technical roadmaps related to external data, with a particular emphasis on optimizing our presence and performance.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Hebbia’s growth in the Financial Services and Legal sectors, while working at the forefront of AI development and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams leaders to define, scope, and sequence major partnership initiatives and projects related to 3rd party data.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing strategies for projects and initiatives.
  • Establish playbook and scalable frameworks / best practices for external technical partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and planning for data implementation projects, acting as the liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Own relationships with key stakeholders at large-scale data providers
  • Provide clear and transparent reporting on program status, issues, and risks to Hebbia leadership team

Who You Are

  • Possess a desire and potential to grow your career in a fast moving organization.
  • Have 3+ of experience in partnerships with data providers, with a track record of successfully delivering, preferably involving financial services data partners.
  • Have a strong understanding of API’s, data feeds and their integration challenges.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence without authority and build cross-organizational support.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic priorities with quick execution.

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the base salary range for this position is set between $120,000-170,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
