About Marketing
The Marketing team at Hebbia pairs a deep understanding of our customers’ most critical challenges with fluency in the software that powers the world’s largest financial decisions.
Growth’s mission is to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption by designing, testing, and scaling repeatable go‑to‑market motions. The team is highly cross‑functional, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Product and Engineering, Design, RevOps, and Partnerships. Growth will own the full funnel from acquisition to activation and expansion—turning customer insight into programs, instrument everything, and build systems that make success repeatable.
The Role
We’re seeking a marketing and sales generalist who has operated inside a hypergrowth startup, learned from exceptional growth leaders, and is ready to take ownership of growth at Hebbia.
You’ll accelerate pipeline and adoption by building, testing, and scaling programs with the world’s leading financial institutions. Growth will partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales to activate our most powerful use cases across paid, organic, and account-based motions. This is a hands-on role: you’ll architect Hebbia’s growth strategy while running the plays yourself, laying the foundation for a growth engine that can scale for years.
Responsibilities
- Own Hebbia’s end-to-end growth strategy for top financial firms across campaigns, events, conferences, and more.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to win target accounts by designing account-based motions and outbound that build relationships and pipeline.
- Use your intuition and data to form hypotheses about customer-behavior, run experiments on them, and measure the impact.
- Manage the growth budget by forecasting, allocating, and optimizing spend for key metrics including lead generation.
- Own report outs on growth programs, publishing regular readouts to the company, executive team, and board of directors.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or similar GTM roles.
- Earns trust across the organization and influences strategic direction through clear thinking and results.
- Operationally rigorous and detail-obsessed. Plans and executes so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hyper-resourceful and scrappy, able to build from the ground up with limited resources. Uses first-principles thinking and results to secure further investment.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and operates independently with urgency and ownership.
- Deep intellectual curiosity about finance; you naturally follow industry podcasts, newsletters, and trends, and may angel invest or have direct investing experience.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work experience in a top-tier management consulting, investment banking, investment management firm.
- Technical fluency in modern growth marketing tools (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, event marketing workflows, n8n, Zapier).
Compensation
The annual US base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $190,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
