About Marketing

Marketing at Hebbia pairs a deep understanding of customers with AI software that is rapidly transforming how the world’s largest financial institutions make high-stakes decisions. The team is deeply cross-functional and uses customer insight to shape messaging, inform the product roadmap, and influence business strategy.

The Role

We’re looking for a social media operator who can ship product launches, write clever content, and post timely memes that resonate with high finance and AI audiences. You’ll own Hebbia’s social channels, including X, LinkedIn, and any platform where finance and AI start up followers spend time.

Your mandate is to expand our brand and drive engagement with a major community of finance and tech workers that are passionate about how AI will unleash economic productivity and transform the way the most important decisions are made – starting with finance. If you’re plugged into fintwit and viral AI start up launches, this is your lane.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Hebbia’s social media strategy, integrating with broader marketing initiatives across campaigns, blogs, and video.
  • Write, edit, and ship social content—partnering with design for higher-lift assets and comfort producing your own visual content for speed.
  • Build amplification strategies that leverage influencers and partners to extend reach and credibility.
  • Establish and track social metrics, reporting insights to drive what gets doubled down on vs. cut.
  • Partner with internal teams to source content spanning customers, in-house talent, key influencers, events, and in-office culture.
  • Support executives on their social platforms, working directly with them and their teams to align thought leadership to their voice.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in social media with a track record of growing followership and engagement among finance audiences.
  • Deeply curious about startups and financial markets, with a close pulse on the latest trends in business, economics, and AI technology.
  • Exceptional writer and editor, able to distill complex topics into cogent, high-signal social content.
  • Fluent in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr) and media editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma).
  • Comfortable presenting and analyzing social performance to the broader organization.
  • Operates with urgency and ownership, shipping content on tight timelines and iterating based on what moves the needle.

Preferred Experience

  • Finance fluency (professional or academic) and comfort communicating financial trends in both written and visual formats.
  • Managed influencer programs and partnerships to drive amplification and credibility.
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally at a breakout start up.
  • Strong personal brand and community presence on social media.

Compensation

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $145,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
