Start Date: Summer 2025
Compensation: $25 per hour
Schedule: Part time, 3 hours per day, Monday - Friday

What’s the role
We are looking for a driven Lunch & Recess Aide to support students during lunch and recess. Aides are an integral part of the team, supporting student safety and social-emotional development.
What you’ll do
- Supervises student behavior while at lunch and recess, strictly enforcing behavioral expectations.
- Supports students with maintaining a clean lunch environment.
- Leads student activities during indoor and outdoor recess. Must be comfortable with being outside during all seasons.
- Monitors student movement from class to common areas (bathrooms, nurse) at hallway posts.
- Participate in food service training as needed.
- Other lunch duties as assigned.
Who you are
- High school diploma or GED as a requirement
- Experience working with children required
- American Red Cross First Aid Training Certificate is a plus
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate is a plus
- Experience working with students with special needs as well as wheelchairs, lifts, ramps, and special needs adaptive equipment is a plus
