Our mission is to lead a national movement of public charter schools that teach Modern Hebrew to children of all backgrounds and prepare them to be successful global citizens. About the Role:
The Manager of Network Operations plays an essential role in supporting the operational effectiveness of our charter school network. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and problem-solving. You’ll manage recurring operational tasks, maintain systems, and support school-based teams across multiple regions.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $85,000, with potential for increases based on experience in similar roles.

Job Responsibilities:
Recurring Operational Support
- Manage and maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent practices across schools.
- Prepare and send weekly operational communications and mailings to school teams.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of operational tools and trackers.
School Support & Onboarding
- Provide day-to-day support to school operations teams across the network.
- Assist in onboarding and training new operations staff on systems, tools, and processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platforms such as PowerSchool, Clever, and ParentSquare.
- Support vendor coordination and ensure smooth delivery of services to schools.
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in collecting and submitting compliance reports to Authorizers and state agencies (PA, NY, CT).
- Track and document compliance deliverables across multiple regions.
- Support operational tasks related to new school start-up and regulatory requirements.
Project Coordination & Cross-Team Support
- Contribute to cross-functional projects by managing timelines, organizing documents, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide logistical and operational support for in-person events, including serving as onsite support during professional development (PD) days.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in school operations, preferably in a charter school setting; experience supporting school or campus launch is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing recurring tasks independently.
- Proficient in database management, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and operational systems.
- Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience with platforms such as PowerSchool, Clever, Tableau, or ParentSquare is preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance/reporting requirements in CT, PA, or NY is a plus.
- Must live in the greater NYC area and be able to occasionally travel to schools in Brooklyn, Staten Island, Philadelphia, and Stamford as needed.
