What You Will Be Doing:
The Material Handler will manage inventory to support our research and development, new products, and production. You will collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering with movement of parts to support our operations. You will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
- Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, production lineside and storage areas
- Verify all materials are packaged and banded for transport
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Work with Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material
- Update material storage locations inside our MES software
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
- Support first shift 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Support second shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Experience with part setup
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the responsibilities of this position
- Must be willing to work in an open-air environment, lacking temperature control
- Can work overtime or weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
This is a non-exempt hourly role.
Hourly Pay Rate
$35 - $40 USD
