What You Will Be Doing:
You will oversee design, implementation, and improvement of operations processes. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across supply chain, production, engineering, test, and people operations. You will lay the groundwork for Helion's transition to mass-manufacturing. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Senior Manager of Capacitor Manufacturing at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
- Define new business processes to ramp production, including scheduling, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, configuration management, material traceability, process control, and nonconformance resolution
- Develop system requirements and provide recommendations for system implementation
- Implement systems by working with suppliers, and train partners on new systems
- Create metrics to provide insight into Helion operations promoting data-driven decision-making
- Be a subject matter expert in multiple Helion operations processes
- Coordinate work with internal Helion teams and external vendors
- Assist our Engineering and Operations leadership team in identifying opportunities for optimizing throughput and improving quality while reducing operational expenses
- Collaborate across Helion teams, including Engineering, Production, Test, Materials Management, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure consistency across the organization
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical work experience in manufacturing or industrial project management using ERP software
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing; active participation in daily operations, and long-term factory improvements
- Proficiency in SQL and any OOP language (Python, C++, C#, Java)

Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
This is an exempt salaried role.
Annual Base Pay
$123,000 - $164,000 USD
