What You Will Be Doing:
The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees all warehouse and material control functions to ensure accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and seamless support to production. This role leads a team of material handlers, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across receiving, storage, and replenishment activities. This is an onsite role, and you will report directly to the Inventory Control Manager at our Everett WA location.
You Will:
- Oversee daily operations of material handlers, providing coaching and direction to meet performance, quality, and safety standards
- Implement and monitor cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions to sustain inventory reliability
- Manage daily receipt and storage of incoming materials ensuring all items are inspected and recorded
- Coordinate prompt delivery of materials to production lines, minimizing downtime and ensuring warehouse, production, and materials management teams are aligned
- Standardize workflows for receiving, put-away, and replenishment, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, traceability, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations
- Leadership experience overseeing or developing warehouse teams
- Working knowledge of ERP or WMS systems and data-driven inventory management
- Experience collaborating effectively across departments
- Skilled in managing stock levels, executing cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies in dynamic production environments

Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
This is an exempt salaried role.
Annual Base Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 USD
