What You Will Be Doing:

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will clean and maintain the production, and R&D workspaces at Helion. You will work with the Facilities Team to ensure our site organization and cleanliness match the world-class engineering and building taking place here. This is a contract role and your pay and benefits will come through our contract agency while you clean around the building projects happening at our facilities in Everett, WA. Please note that this a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who are open to flexibility regarding their shift hours depending on our needs. 

You Will:

  • Support a swing shift schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 

  • Organize and tidy common work and meeting areas

  • Collect trash and replace garbage liners

  • Vacuum and sweep common areas

  • Wipe down tables and windows in office space

  • Perform general cleaning and custodial work

About You:

  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques

  • Take pride in organization and cleanliness of workspace

  • Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend, and lift objects to perform daily tasks

  • Follow written or oral instructions to perform routine tasks

Bonus Points:

  • Experience operating floor cleaning or warehouse equipment

Per Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act the range for this position is $22-$24/hour. Actual salary is based on education, experience, and other qualifying skills

This is a non-exempt hourly role.

Hourly Pay Rate

$22 - $24 USD
