HVAC Commercial Installation Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator - is a key role in the planning, execution, and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) projects within a commercial setting. This position ensures that all aspects of HVAC/R installations, upgrades, or maintenance projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will oversee and supports HVAC/R projects from inception to completion. This involves coordinating all necessary resources, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with other teams to meet project goals.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
- Act as a point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate the work of field technicians, engineers, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Order necessary HVAC/R equipment and materials for the project.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery and storage of materials.
- Coordinate installer travel including airfare, hotels and per diem.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure vendor invoicing when necessary.
- Track, monitor and update installer time for time keeping accuracy.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:

- Problem-solving: Ability to address issues as they arise and find efficient solutions.
- Detail-oriented: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proficiency in software: Experience with project management tools (like Procore, MS Project, or similar software), as well as Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
- Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/R project coordination or a related role, especially in a commercial setting.

- capacity to respond quickly and effectively with emergency requests
- must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in fast paced or high-pressure environments
Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $21-$26 hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
