Billing & Settlement Planning Specialist
Responsibilities
- Collection and Reporting of Expected Profit and Loss: Compile and report on projected financial outcomes to support accurate forecasting and budgeting within the business office.
- Final Closing and Settlement: Oversee the financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate account settlements for the business division.
- Inventory and Coordination for Meetings: Manage preparation and inventory of objectives for both regular and ad-hoc meetings, ensuring meticulous follow-up on meeting materials and action items.
- Progress Management: Monitor and report on the progress of to-do lists for each team leader in the business office, aligning tasks with company goals and ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Korean & English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to rapidly assimilate other company-specific applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of experience in settlement, accounting, or logistics.
- Highly skilled in handling financial and numeric data, with a strict zero-tolerance policy for financial inaccuracies.

The base salary for the position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
