About the role:

At Pacvue we are leveraging AI to build the next generation of e-commerce software. As the Senior Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy to develop and deliver solutions that cater to the needs of eCommerce customers. Your strategic vision, product expertise, and leadership will be instrumental in driving Pacvue’s continued growth in this market.  

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute new innovative product strategy for eCommerce customers, aligning with Pacvue’s overall vision and goals. 
  • Market Understanding: Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of eCommerce sellers, using market research and customer insights to drive product decisions.  
  • Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the new product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful execution.  
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the Pacvue’s product strategy.  
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.  
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to drive innovation and maintain Pacvue’s competitive edge.  

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years in product management leading teams of 5+ with a significant focus on SaaS, eCommerce, Data Analytics Platform, and AdTech. Workflow automation experience is a plus. 
  • Experience at top-tier tech companies, such as Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Netflix or related experience within the tech industry.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related experience. Master’s degree preferred.   
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.  
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce and Amazon / Walmart seller landscape.
